I finally got my hands on some The Mars Volta the other day. Wow. It's great to drive really fast with in the desert at midnight, lemme tell you. I don't know what I was waiting for, I really liked At The Drive-In before they broke up. Rock. |

They opened for TooL when i saw em In SLC, then they opened for APC in San Fransisco. Lemme tell you this...they sound a WHOLE LOT better on a studio produced track. Bee-lee-dat.

The mouse is great. I've been a fan since late 90's...whenever their first full length came out. Its good to see them doing so well. I never thought they'd be so big! Good for them.
And on the Mars Volta tip - bring it!! I saw them on Friday - the stage backdrop was creepy insane!
