So picked up a PSP and 3 games last week: Wipeout Pure, Ridge Racer, and Lumines. It came with the full Spiderman 2 movie as well as a demo movie disk (why it didn't come with actual game demos is beyond me). I'm enjoying it immensely, and even took it over to Vasudeva's house on Saturday night to show him. He was so impressed (or drunk) he passed out while playing it!
Anyone else pick one up yet?

my boss has one, we spent 8 hours fucking with it yesterday. i missed the gamer thang by a few years, but i can appreciate this fully. what a fun toy.

I just can't believe how cheap it is. It has a I'd-use-it index of about 65%, which usually means I'd have to pay like $500 to use it for a couple weeks and then sort of forget about it.
I'm much much better at Wipeout when I'm barely pre-pass-out drunk than I am when I'm wide-awake sober (and hungover). YMMV.

I picked up a nip one last month, glad you fucks finally got your release sorted though, now I don't have to trawl the internet waste to find japanese translations for the menu's. Shitty uk won't get its release for about another three months, fags. |
