That's not a copy cat, that's someone syndicating LS itself. This is encouraged. There are instructions on how to do that at the bottom of every page.
As for the Japanese thing, I don't know what the hell it is. If you hit the 'map' link it seems to imply it's some sort of automated link digger though.

Yea, the Japanese one isn't exactly like LS. Though my japanese isn't perfect, its not really the same as LS. Its more like a some sort of bot/crawler that somehow pulls up all of the strange sites on the web.
