If you've been wanting to subscribe but didn't have $45, or were confused by the multi-tiered subscription options, then you'll be happy to hear I've streamlined the subscription shit and also made it cheaper.
1) The year prices are like 33% cheaper; they now cost what the old six-month option used to cost.
2) There is no more six-month option.
In the ongoing struggle for balance, I've changed the free monthly textwar so that you have to pick a non-Alpha/Beta victim. This has two effects: well, ok, three: less textwar incest, more protection for Alphas/Betas against idle attacks, and hopefully increased participation from the more quieter types.
I've also gone public with the Alpha Queue, since I think in the months since I've started it, we've worked through any real issues.
I've also also announced the ability to change your nick, which takes me a bit of work, but preserves all your stuff: rads, posts, comments, you name it.
I've also also also cut the prices on all the textwars.
