well, the videogame industry now makes more money than hollywood. of course people are going to try and cash in. with all the chuckleheads trowling wal-mart, you'd be stupid not to.

Teen sues over topless pictures in video game
Austin game developer, Microsoft, others sued for using photo, name and voice of minor
A Travis County teenager who was photographed topless, apparently during spring break at South Padre Island, is now a "prize" in a video game that rewards players by revealing images of topless women.
"The Guy Game," available for about $40 for the popular Microsoft Xbox and Sony PlayStation 2 game consoles, touts "over 60 smokin' coeds" in its advertising, which plays to the "Girls Gone Wild" set: "Real video of actual Spring Break Hotties."
The problem is, the local girl was 17 when she was photographed, which not only raises questions about the legality of the material but also renders moot any consent she may have given, according to a lawsuit filed Monday in state District Court in Travis County.
"Plaintiff is still a teenager and wishes to attend college, develop her career and be active in her community and church," according to the lawsuit.
If a 17 year old got drunk and killed someone, she'd be charged as an adult. But showing her boobies and all of a sudden she's just a child. |

I just so happen to have both of those hunting games.
I also have Monster Garage ,which sucks btw.
I also must add that I didnt buy none of said games because I
actually did read the .nfo and they said only buy it if I liked it.
