Watching the debate tonight, and then reading and watching various comments on tv and around the web, I'm absolutely bewildered at how people can think that Bush not only won, but had anything constructive to say. Granted, Kerry was on the offensive all night, but he at least backed things up with facts for the most part. Bush spent the whole night going off on tangents about how resolve, not backing down, and not being negative about what we're doing will win us the war. He reminds me of those people in most workplaces that think that any form of criticism is some kind of display of mutiny, instead of taking it to heart and helping to change things that are wrong. Now I'm not sure Kerry is the man for the job, but I'm absolutely sure that Bush is a puppet whose strings are pulled by his daddy's friends.
