So, as far as scams go, I pretty much laugh them off, feel (kinda) bad if the person gets duped (unless they are over 70+ and weren't falling for a get-rich-quick scheme, then I really feel bad). Most schemes are pretty easy to ID, understand their mark, and purpose. So, when one of my clients called me to relate a potential social engineering call they received, I became intrigued.

Over some drinks, a few friends and I were discussing the famous people that we have had the opportunity to run into over the course of our lives. Here is the list of my encounters. If there are any rules for this journal and its responses, I guess that I would only say that the encounter can't happen at a captive event, such as a fan convention or concert, unless the encounter was out of the ordinary (Nimoy asked me to meepon his jeans, etc.).
