Lownotes's journal: I lived through Katrina

The eye passed directly over my hometown. We were without power and water for nine days, and we often had to wait two or more hours in line to get gasoline.

Lownotes's journal: Katrina was a meep (swag)

Here's a page I set up at the request of a lot of my friends. Eight days in the sweltering heat will make you think of crazy things you want to do when you get back to the fake world. We all figured that when we got to see the television or get on the internet that we would discover that someone would have already given us a ribbon, so I made these.

Lownotes's journal: My Katrina photos

Here's a page full of my Katrina photos...

Lownotes's journal: Flossie Bell

I just uploaded one of the first articles I wrote about my experiences during Katrina at my website.

Lownotes's journal: The meep Plant

This is an article I wrote about a year ago about my all too personal experiences with human fecal matter.

Lownotes's journal: Mississippi - Believe it

Here is my full article on the campaign as it appears in the USM newspaper:

Lownotes's journal: Nomads

I wrote a new short story for you to enjoy.

Lownotes's journal: Members Only

So, I wrote a new short story this week. This is the first draft.

Lownotes's journal: Katrina Merchandising

The night after Katrina struck us we were able to rig up a small television with rabbit ears to a generator around 10 or 11 p.m.

Lownotes's journal: Der Handedruck

My friend and I made a short film last weekend. It's based on a retarded idea we've dreamed of filming for years.
