To whom it may concern. I, FutileResistance, bid you hello!
FutileResistance's journal: Waking Life
I recently witnessed a movie called 'Waking Life' and I thought to discuss it with my Swarm Overlords. If you haven't heard of it, the plot does center around a man, Wiley Wiggins, and his search for answers concerning his dream state versus his waking state. More importantly though, is the movie's different aspects concerning many different paradoxes and thought provoking questions that have been pondered over for the longest time. What draws most people to the movie aren'tt the questions that arise, but the look of the movie itself. This was the first full length movie I had seen that employed the use of a rotoscope, and that gives it a unique feel, and also allows for abstract changes to occur to the characters and their surroundings without the obviousness you get with CGI. Yes I know it's been posted already, but did you know it was also rejected? It's like I'm claiming 1st place from the original winner who tested positive for horse tranquilizers.

FutileResistance's journal: You Can End My Suffering
For the love of Gawd, can any of you lovely swarmers tell me the secret cure for poison ivy? This rash of the devil will NOT CEASE to quit itching until I kill myself, only then will it finally grin and return to the horrid depths from which it came from. I've tried near scalding baths, I've tried ice baths, I've tried suffocating the rash and I've tried blasting the mothermeeper with enough oxygen to stone a scuba diver. I can't move without it spreading to some region of my being that I barely see let alone seen by the light of day. Ask your wives and husbands, call up your Nana back in the old world, get the surgeon general's cell number for me, just tell me how to put an end to this itching and should any remedy you think of actually work, I will be forever in debt to you good sir or madam.
