The election was over and the cards were no longer needed. I guess they should have waited until morning, but I doubt this is unique to the Romney campaign.
As for the doners. It's up to the campaign staff to run it as professionally as possible, but if you choose to donate you're alwauys taking a risk that your canidate won't win no matter how good or bad the campaign. Blaming the staff for running things poorly "in your opinion" is a waste of time if you ask me.
