One of the hardest times of my life is any time I have to fly somewhere, and go through the cattle fences, take off my shoes and go through the metal detector (that doesn't detect the 4 pins holding my lower vertebrae together, or the even larger fake knees my wife has), and answer stupid questions like, "Has anyone put anything in your bag without your knowledge?". If someone did it without my knowledge, then how the meep would I know they did it? And then, at least half the time, I get called over "randomly" for a "special screening". I think they can see the murder in my eyes.
I know that what they are doing is useless, they know what they are doing is useless, but we all have to play the same game, and if I make the mistake of pointing out how stupid and useless the game is, I might as well go home (if I can get out of the place, I'm guessing I would probably find myself in some back room somewhere answering stupid questions).
