Would be interesting to find out if this cop has a record of brutality complaints from prior altercations with citizens. I can understand losing one's cool momentarily in such a situation, especially if one is already familiar with the subject from past run-ins. If they called her by name I'm guessing they've had to deal with her bullmeep before. This certainly doesn't excuse the assault, which in my opinion should be charged against the cop as such (lol as if), but I can understand why it happened in this case.
Or maybe he's just a hothead with a chip on his shoulder who likes elbowing special needs noobs in the face and should not be employed in any law enforcement capacity.

FF worked for me, gdd.
I sometimes think there are almost two species of humans living side by side. One type will starve their own child to death, or kill a dog, or hit a special needs person in the face, or euthanize another race, and not think twice about it. The other type would never do something like that in a million years, and is totally repulsed by the actions of the first type. And yet your next door neighbor, or your teacher, or even someone in your family, could be one type and you could be the other, and you wouldn't know it until certain situations arise, and you can witness them being true to their own type (or maybe they can witness you being true to your own type). Pretty scary. Though I'm guessing we needed the nastier type of human throughout history to get us where we are now, it would be nice to see the end of them.
