Hey, here's a crazy idea: Maybe get rid of the cell phones, and don't get new ones. People actually survived up until just a few years ago without cell phones. No cell phones, no crazy cell phone calls.
Oh, and if they want to catch who is doing this, maybe check on the computer geek that the 16 year old daughter treated like meep in school, I'll bet there's at least one.

This reality show would make for boffo ratings and If it's on cable we can even see mom's meep once in while.
