Women going topless anywhere they please in public was a right won in Canada back in the early-mid 90s. You guys south of the 49th are always 10-15 years behind us.

With the obesity epidemic on this continent, I would prefer they add a fatty clause. I'm not interested in having my eyes assaulted by disgusting blob women in public, thanks. It's bad enough that we're not arresting them for walking around in spandex.

Too bad the Raelians are fronting this effort. It may have some traction, otherwise. Its hard to take alien-hugging peeples seriously.

I support women having to go topless as a conditional right. It must be earned by first not being fat and mildly attractive and second staying not fat and mildly attractive. Any fat and/or unattractive women should not have the right to go topless as a punishment for being displeasing to the eyes of men.

A good chunk of our population lives in Southern Ontario which is further south than all of North Dakota, Montana and Washington, most of Minnesota, most of South Dakota, most of Wisconsin, most of Maine.

Not exactly your warmest states I know but most Yankees only know of maps with USA marked on them.

I've been to a fair share of S.E.ON beaches and they're not exactly full of topless chicks, if you know what I'm sayin'. From my lifetime of experience on great lakes beaches, this is definitely a good thing.

I have been to South Beach countless times, hot topless chicks are rare, fat topless chicks are a meeping infestation.

Miami's south beach would be the exception to this ^^
