''You guys are meep! I used to walk uphill through 5.0 earthquakes, barefoot, in blizzards, under tsunamis, through acid rain, around mudslides, through the great depression, over hamburger hill, through alligator filled swamps, next to a pyroclasmic volcano and across the river Styx just to get to my one room school house every morning when I was a kid!''

PS: Someone really paid $4 to force this avatar on me? Hope it was in American dollars. What is that in Pesos? 2 Pesos?

Isn't it like 10,000 pesos to the dollar?

The_Rat: PS: Someone really paid $4 to force this avatar on me?

Correction: Someone really paid to force this avatar on you all summer.

This is what makes the earthquake remarkable, if it happened anywhere else it would have been more severe.

Basically, an earthquake here is a big deal due to it's rarity.

Also, thread delivers!

We felt it here in Kitchener... Was on 3rd floor of Office building and it felt like the building was slowly spinning. Pretty cool...

I know a lot of people in Ottawa, closer to the epicenter and they said it was a little scary. The guy I talked to was in his basement under a beam, his chimney broke off and he had a broken window...

All in all not too bad. Almost pleasant!

Wotak, it was a commentary about the state of your economy. Too subtle for you?

vasudeva glad I was able to help put more money into your pocket for what is essentially a lower end version of Fark.com

We're all American here, can't we just get along?

But some are more American than others.

Wotak, it was a commentary about the state of your economy. Too subtle for you?

Firstly, I would just like point out to you that the Canadian and American economies are joined at the hip.

Secondly, your dollar is worth less than the American dollar and has been worth less than the American dollar for almost forever.

Thirdly, you are too retarded to be subtle.

Fourthly, Your dollar is worth less Pesos than the American dollar. SURPRISE MATHS FOR YOU, RETARD!

Fifthly, America has a lot of stupid people in it but the laziest and stupidest immigrants all go to Canada for it's superior welfare programs. This is a fact that I am intimately familiar with having spent many, many of my days in Canadian manufacturing facilities.

Sixthly, You have been owned so completely and so often that you're probably easiest described as a second hand pocket meep. Congratulations, you ignorant subhuman specimen.

hrm, defiantly insulting the very website you frequent. YOU GO GIRL!

To be honest, and not to detract from those still unemployed, but Ratfink, the US Economy is actually rebounding quite well. Hopefully, and if tradition holds, rehires and new hires numbers will increase over the next twelve to eighteen months. This isn't to say that everyone is going to get rehired in their original occupation, but jobs will return. Now, let's check out how the rest of the meeping world is doing? Hopefully, they get well soon, as we are all sharing the same economic seminal fluids. Ewwwwwwwwwwww. Bad simile.

Now go back to your Jihad planning in whatever rat's meep suburb you are plotting from in our sister country. Hopefully, the authorities will pick your brown meep up soon enough.

Lastly, the earthquake was obviously caused by Rush prepping for their world tour.

Living on a lighted stage.......

The_Rat: a lower end version of Fark.com

This comparison insults your own mentality, not my work. It's your opinion of how you waste your time.

(Coincidentally, I also agree you're an almost[1] irredeemably uninteresting meep, but for entirely different reasons.)

[1] Occasionally you make a sweet funny. These are even more precious coming from you given the contrast with your typical work, and believe you me, I cherish each and every one.
