How about people who eventually downloaded it very late despite meepty reviews more or less out of technical curiosity but haven't gotten around to watching it yet and are pretty sure their lives wouldn't be affected at all by a delete?

I certainly wish I had $10 to spend to go see some stupid movie in a theater.

I haven't seen it, but we have a pack of firecrackers and know a toddler we can borrow, so we plan to make our own version this summer on the beach....

i had a thought that it was released on purpose by the the studio via torrent because it got such meepty reviews initially. i dont know the release timeline offhand but sure it was available before the actual dvd release.

i then had a thought that i'm probably wrong.

i then had a thought that i should probably go eat something, as it was more likely that i'd die of hunger than something ever coming of this, and there is much more important meep in life.

perhaps i should have thought to get out more?

Yeah I saw it 3 times and would probably pay to see it a 4th. But then, I didn't pay the first 3 times so it would kind of be out of guilt

How this movie won an Oscar, I'll never know. Here, I'll spoil it for you: There are some bombs wired up in a car/child's toy/mailbox. Hero defuses the bomb at the last moment. Wash, rinse, repeat, end movie with the hero being deployed to another base to again do what he just did 8 meeping times. It was like watching 6 seasons in a row of The Deadliest Catch. All the same meep happens every year, and they all end up with crabs. (Hey, I think there might be a joke there somewhere).

Oh, I thought it won because it was well-shot, well-written, well-acted and it was running against Avatar? Who has really seen this? Cmon people. This was a fine film and shouldn't get meep just because it happened to win an award
