I have seen this story before somewhere. The guy whose house was raided is a dope activist, and they were determined to get himfor something. I think a civil liberties case has been or will be launched.

I don't think they would pass the entry exams. Suicide bombers tend to be pretty educated.

What I see is the cops coming in, one loud bang, a dog cry (sounds like the corgi) and before the last guy is in, they shoot the pit.

Apparently the biggest issue they had is that 'they did not serve the search warrant soon enough after it was issued.'

These people just need to be reminded that they are human, and to respect life and property. Ask the owner to put the dogs outside. It takes 20 seconds in a fully awake situation, and maybe a little longer in a night time situation.

it takes about 5 seconds for a guy to open fire on you while you ask him to move his dog

A guy I grew up with went through something like this a couple of years ago. His 14 year o;d son was killed by a hit and run driver. People started leaving flowers and stuff on the side of the road where it happened. An meep cop went to his house to tell him to get rid of the 'memorial', even though he really had nothing to do with it. The cop jumped a fence (with 'No Tresspassing' and 'Beware of Dog' signs on it) and when my friend's dog ran around the house toward the pig, the pig shot the dog. Four times.

The cop was meep lucky my friend didn't shoot him. The dog lived, but it cost about $12,000 for the operations to save its life. Lovely world we live in, ain't it?
