When I was in Massachusetts I met a guy owned a collection agency. This suing of bill collectors costs him a pretty penny because he never allows the suits to go to court, even if he knows they're unfounded.

His christmas bonus was $600,000.00

On top of what he made all year.

It's really easy to armchair this, but if you actually read the article you see that this dude used the same strategies employed by the institutions, lost, and was put thru the ringer for it. He makes this point, doesn't apologize for it, but pokes at the fact that corporations never actually lose.
