one time i drove a ghetto black man from richmond (it is the ghetto. u might think, u are white, u are scared of a negr0, u a meep. but no. richmond is scary even if u r a black.) and we are deep in the hood. there is a random dog just running free on the sidewalk.

Richmond is a meeppool, I had to work out there for almost a year. We were in a hotel in point richmond forever. I think there was 3 shootings in that hotel while we were there. At least they had a churches chicken in the hood.

I am white and like my meep complete and have wondered at points whether Richmond VA is a reasonable relocation choice.

If you are white and wish to avoid blacks, then stay the meep out of Richmond, VA.

Norfolk, Portsmouth, Hampton Roads, and Ocean View are quite dark as well. The closer you are to the water in Virginia Beach, the better off you are. This is due to the fact that most blacks can't swim and are scared of dolphins which they commonly mistake as sharks.

Also, Newport News has a predominately white population.
