msg occurs naturally in red meat; it's akin to saying you stopped eating salt and lost weight. then again, the vast majority of americans could stop eating meat altogether and we would magically become a healthy country

the french fry dog on a stick is very nearly a perfect food as far as I'm concerned. I would have far less problems in my life if I had the same degree of self-control/willpower/restraint with regards to drugs and alcohol as I do food.

My family doctor is giving an interview to Dateline NBC to explain why the town is fat. He runs 10 miles a day and follows the Ornish diet. He got death threats after his last fat fighting interview. I'm not even slightly making this up.

lol that ornish diet is bullmeep. avocados, nuts, olive oil, and wild salmon are out, but nonfat dairy is in? that's legitimately stupid in a really fundamental way.

He prolly gets a great workout by combining those with some sets of squat thrusts and clean and jerks.

I'm betting the clean and jerks have a poopy smell after a few sets of squat thrusts.

I went to the dentist recently and she used some new tool to 'cauterize the tissue.' I saw a puff of smoke come out of my mouth and sadly realized that when I was cooked, I smelled like pork chops. :(
