NO, the finger I can almost believe, but that arm, no way. When someone gets their fingers or hand cut off and it takes a whole meep team of specialists to work on the meep and even then it might not retake. Think of all of the vascular work that had to be done, and they claim it was done by two TWO people under local anesthesia?
