so i entered the theater expecting to see something of the caliber of cradle 2 the grave, or exit wounds, both excellent pieces of schlock, but hey im a sucker for bad action movies (who isnt?) anyhow, after the movie ended, i was more than a bit surprised... in short hollywood has finally found a believable role for dmx, that of a heartless drug dealer, a wretched leech of a human being thriving on the misery of others, and he does it in style. while the movie isnt without a sense of justice (dmx does get shanked like its alcatraz) the movie is 80 some minutes of grainy filmed scenes of pimp slapping, coke snorting, and outright badness (did i mention that dmx sodomizes a woman?) in short, new school blaxploitation is here, and i hope it stays.
