Deployment

Some of you know, but for those who don't I'm an active duty Marine. I've been in the service for about 5 years now. i enlisted immediately after high school, cause i said meep living at home. I've been station all over the U.S and in Japan, also been deployed to Korea, and Iraq.

Recently, ive been hand selected to deploy to Afghanistan. im not gonna say what my job is for my protection but this article will give you an idea of the meep i got myself into...

This will be my first deployment to Afghanistan. however, im really surprised they would send me there. i can speak 3 languages (Spanish, Portuguese, and Tagalog) despite the majority language spoken in country , which is pashtun, i cant speak that meep. they've been training me up to speak Tagalog by sending me to classes every meeping day at 6am for the intents for future missions in the Philippines... but its cool, now i can pick up all the Filipinas i encounter.



Regardless of where im deployed, the threat is most likely going to be from a radical Islamic groups. those meeping meeps... ive recently returned from a evasive driving course (which was the meep!) to help mitigate those assholes. i got to shoot out of moving vehicles, through windshield, and also creating field expedient bulletproofing.

I do have about 300 Maxim Magazines I have been trying to figure out how to get to the troops. There heavy as meep and dont think I could afford to mail them,. I was thinking one of your cargo planes would be officiant. Give me some info to where I can send these meep.

I was out hunting this morning and for whatever reason I started thinking about this meeper being stuck over in Afghanistan for the Holidays. Then it dawned on me that still I need to send him off a care package.
