She was found in the passenger seat of her truck, slumped over with her purse between her legs in front of UAB hospital in Birmingham. Someone apparently drove her to the hospital and then bailed. Her truck was stuck out into the emergency lane, and was actually TICKETED for parking illegally 2 hours before they even found her body. She sat in the truck in front of an emergency room for a full 8 hours before being discovered.

They're making a pretty big deal about it over in Birmingham... using it as an opportunity to point out the flaws in the Alabama hospital and police system. I mean.... how does a truck with CLEAR WINDOWS sit 40 yards away from an emergency room for 8 hours, partially BLOCKING THE ENTRANCE, without being noticed? Are you kidding me?
I got a lot of meep from swarmers back in the day (4 years ago? jesus) for getting with this chick, was warned by many but didn't listen. As predicted, the relationship tanked and I kicked her out almost 2 years ago. Our divorce was final last October, and I hadn't spoken to her in over a year.
It was a trip going to Birmingham and visiting with her family and everything, seeing her in that coffin. This was the first person close to my own age that I was close to who has passed away. Yeah we had our problems but I originally married her for a reason, you know? Anyway, this happened about a month ago now, and I figured I would take this opportunity to go all livejournal on your meep.
Some of you may remember me, and all the meep I went through. This really has taught me a lot...
As many problems as we had, I never wished her dead. Seems she finally found the ultimate painkiller.
