Me? I'm opening 2009 with honesty. Hoping to close it with precision ;)

meep 2008. As hard as it meeped me, meep it right back into the shadows of history.

It made me feel like I ate a bag of meeps.

I wish you all the same thing I want for myself: for 2009 to be a VAST improvement over 2008.

*sigh yes harder, faster, longer and deeper sounds like a good plan for 09 to me ;)

2009 will be just like 2008, only with more gray hairs.

Last year largely sucked for me, but once again it was largely my own meeping fault. I lost a good job, a decent car, all my clothes, books, photos and a pretty good computer. I lost my freedom, my self-respect and the best meep I've ever had. My obsession with the best meep I ever had was the main reason I lost all those things. In 2009 I resolve to get all those things back and develop healthy, lasting relationships with people who are capable of love.

'08 is gone and despite the baggage I still carry 2009 is a brand new opportunity to try again to get it right. Good luck, fame and fortune to you all, me I'll settle for a meep job and peace of mind.

I'll be the first to say that 2008 was a wonderful year for me.

My daughter was born. Julia is healthy and bright. She is the most beautiful force in my life.

I worked hard, probably harder than I have ever worked - more determination, hours and stress than I have ever put myself to task for and it has paid off.

In 2008, I became a man.

And my wife loves me more for it.

Hobo, in the span of six years, I have lost my father, her father, two grandfathers, three grandmothers and a brother, not to mention all of the ancillary aquaintances who have passed. Time sucks in some regards, but time is also that which allows the mind and cirmeepstance to mend all.

Bring 2009. We will fight it with a better game.

Life isn't fair. It doesn't come with a contract and there are no guarantees. Live every day like it's your last because it just might be.

I think I'm more relieved that 2008 is over and 2009 in some twisted was gives a fresh start.

Also I hate when the word tumor is spelled tumour.

There were a couple gross patches, but overall my 2008 was pretty good. I'm certainly a lot meeping smarter about a couple things.

I am hoping 2009 will mean the landing of a retirement-able job. I want to quit moving around and build up ONE 401k account.

2009 was going along swimmingly well until Wotak had to expose me and the Swarm to grandpa. Fuk you wotak and the grandpa you rode in on.

I totally agree...meep 2008, been saying it for months.

2008 saw the end of my marriage, which was until it ended, pretty good I thought. The worst part was, I never saw it coming. For those of you who know Heet and I well and have been there for me, thank you. Special thanks to the SBP, that one phone call saved my sanity, and quite possibly my life...

2009 has to get better...It has started on a great note in the relationship arena, and with the way things are going at work it promises to be a banner year.

I started taking happy pills and now I don't know what year it is! DRUGZ!
