Chances are it's safer to assume it's just one guy and he's overwhelmed rather than attribute it to malice -- not that there's much value in the distinction until he gets his meep sorted out.

Unfortunately I've been slammed at work and didn't have time to contact Walter.

But he did the right thing anyway and broke the order up so at least some of it would ship before xmas.

Christmas eve, at 3:30 the doorbell rang and mister ups guy had all three shirts. We left to deliver the gifts at 3:00 .

I made extra trips and delivered them the next day so all's well except my gas tank.

I am getting more and more attention from this place. With all the helpful feedback I'm providing, I asked for a free shirt (at Vas's suggestion) and got it today. I drove to San Marcos in it and changed a tire almost completely by myself in it. Audience reaction was favorable.
