It's been over two weeks since our first email exchange in which i informed you this album was not in my order and which you sent a message back that you were attempting to resolve this issue for me. A second email has gone unanswered for over a week since then. Please respond to this with a resolution as soon as possible as i haven't heard of any progress on this issue since the middle of October.

I dont have the album here and it was mailed I searched all over in my albums so I dont know what happened , why a 30.00 claim on a missing album you got the rest of your items, you got the other albums, drop the claim, I dont have money in paypal, I will mail a money order.

The claim is only for the 7.51 plus the combined shipping charge. I guess paypal either doesn't have a way to separate these or made an error but i did only claim the 7.51. I will drop the dispute as soon as I receive the money order but it unfortunately needs to stay open until then. I have also waited to leave you feedback on ebay in the hope that this issue will be resolved and a negative rating can be avoided. These issues are never fun for either party and open communication is key in resolving them. Thanks for the quick message back.

Please update me as to the status of my refund of $7.51 as I have neither received it nor heard an update on it after 9 days. Please respond asap as there are only 7 days left and I'd hate to see this mixup turn into a paypal claim against you.
