There has been a decade long research study in North America to measure the effect of Selenium and Vitamin E in reduction of prostate cancer risk. This study will be shelved in the next few weeks. The study has concluded there is no reduction of cases. Statistically insignificant data shows that Vitamin E may increase the risk of prostate cancer, and Selenium may contribute to diabetes. Here's the kicker, research docs and nurses aren't allowed to inform study patients until this news goes national at a set date.

That's not the fun part.

The fun part is, we started taking fish oil pills that look exactly the same.

I eat salmon at least twice a week, so I should be chock full of meep cancer.
