My Bicycle, bicycle,bicycle.

I live in a front range town in Northern Colorado, which is widely known as a big cycling town. They make Fat Tire here. the world record for cycling events by size is the Tour de Fat, put on by the local brewers. There are trails running all over the streets and countryside.
Tow years ago, I had a concussion from a bad wreck. It was skull vs. pavement in a black ice wipeout that almost maimed me for good, and I haven't quite been the same since.
After two years of almost constant sedentary living, I found the cycle that I can rehab my back and core strength with. The big problem is geometry for me.My new cycle(new to me) is an old Raleigh M40 trail bike. The reason I chose it was the upright riding position, which I can handle comfortably. I had been riding an old Trek MT 870, and it stretched me a little farther forward on my balance than I was comfy with, and consequently, I left it sitting.
I had to put geezer handlebars , with a lot of rise to them, which I stripped off an old Lakewood comfort bike, and I am sitting just as upright in my cycle seat as I am now here at the PC.A couple of tweaks and a pair of road slicks, and I pulled off 20 miles in a little under 1:45.
Does anyone know of an online resource that has advice for recovering from injury/getting started back up, and anyone up for a ride?

Here is some info. There are more resources listed at the bottom. You obviously smashed your noggin pretty good but the brain is pretty resilient, just look at Chex.

Oh a "Chex sucks at life" joke how original :D
