Anyone here have experience directly or through a client with a hosted CRM provider, such as salesforce.com, entellium, etc.? Looking for some useful opinions and feedback.

Thanks for your time.

I think you have this place confused with developer.com or something.

Unless you were referring to the meep of Ragoo's Mother?

No, there are actually a good quantity and quality of talent in this group, who could answer the ? But thanks for your witty remark. You just increased the level of suck on net.

I was just trying to hint at the fact that the chances of getting an answer to this particular question are probably slim on this site. Although, I would like to be proven wrong.

Surely, there are millions of CRM software reviews on better suited websites out there?

http://www.businessweek.com/the_thread/techbeat/archives/2006/02/sap_vs_salesfor.html www.crm-smackdown.com www.crm-guru.com

Or are you looking for first-hand, unbiased opinions? Then shouldn't you go to CRM-related IRC channels and forums?

Or, you could meeping answer his question, or not.

Or, I could mention Dumbskull's Bullmeep meep. Or not.

^That's cute katow, but really where's the smoke coming from?

As for hosted CRM from Salesforce, I once met a person who works there--I have to say that out of all the other providers they are tightly wound up with the SCRUM and AGILE programing methodologies and don't believe in standard Development cycles.

As a downstream customer of some of their applications this makes them more able to change, adapt and provide what we tend to need--they also seem like genuinely nice people--but whatever.

They are also explosively growing and acquiring other smaller companies so it would be interesting to see how they keep it up--if you respect their passion for SCRUM then I would say go with them and they should treat you all right.

Crack,

I have done all the rating/review/propaganda searches already, but I do appreciate the links that you have provided. Now, I would agree, that this site may not be perfectly on target for this ?, but as I have already trolled the other referred, obvious locales and didn't get much useful response, I thought that an entry in my journal may elicit some information. And having been around these parts for the better part of two years, but only several months as a reg'd user, I have noticed there is a higher quotient of IT brain power here than it is given credit. So, in short, I thought that I would use my journal for some selfish, albeit not completely entertaining manner, all too well knowing that the comments that followed my initial entry were to follow... and provide many belly laughs and LS frivolity.

End of ball-warming, LS speak.

Now to the meeping real thing. Yes, I'm looking for real, live, unbiased feedback on hosted CRM solutions. Preceeding this type-waste of mine, was what looked like a useful reponse, which I will read and digest.

I do appreciate the meep, as well as the useful info, so please don't stop. And please don't stop swallowing my manjuice when it floods your mouth cavity, espec. wrecker. Insert stupid smiley emoticon here.

Cheers. BigD

"That's cute katow, but really where's the smoke coming from?"

From Cracks hot meeper meep.

He knows an answer to this question.

Crack?

That ain't smoke, that's what they call a "thought bubble." See, the meep are thinking that it would be nice to be in some sunny faraway land, where they don't have to answer any more of your fuking questions, meepabeefe.

I'll just leave this here
