mcnuggets
i'm afraid of mcnuggets. they have tumors sometimes.
and that makes me cringe.
that's what i call nugget gristle. i mean, what the meep else are you gonna call it?
you can be enjoying a good bite of nugget, or worse yet, be on the last one.
and then you hit a tumor.
a tough, rubbery ball of cartilage and god knows what else that, revoltingly, does not taste like chicken.
at that point, your whole eating experience is ruined.
that's why i avoid chicken mcnuggets, in case you think my fear irrational.

Actually, what you've stumbled across is an interesting phenomenon known as Spontaneous Localization of General Malice. It happens a lot in street poultry. Essentially, the McNuggets have sucked a bit of pure Evil out of their surroundings, which causes a rare chemical reaction in the "meat" of the McNugget. You'd have to consult Dr Venkman for further details, but I know this much: some of that Evil is coming from you, or else you wouldn't get so many of these tumor-like localizations. My suggestion: try to be a better person.
