I'm expanding the thrust from the desktop to the LAN, in order to show off my IMMENSE FUKING VPENIS.









Lenin. Main desktop, though I use it more from work over SSH than I do at the console. Gentoo. I've gone back to fvwm from xfce4 for a little while. I kinda miss it. On the screen, you see the BIGPOOP I was lovingly given at my 29th birthday party. I dunno, I know Yaz had something to do with it. I used to run three monitors here, not two, but I gave one to the LBP Computing Effort.







Napoleon, AKA The LBP Internet Station. Win2k3. Slated for Fedora sometime soon. This box was also the main protagonist in the Netflix Pirating Project, before the DVD writer got all funky.








Two Compaq something-or-others. Proliant 1000s, I think. Quad 486s. LAL. The one on the right is Autobot and is NT4. The one on the left is Netware, and so it doesn't deserve a name. These are neat, I guess -- the cases are nice and big -- but I really only bought them so I could kife the 15/30 DLT tape backup drive you can just barely see atop Lenin. Not too shabby for $160 four years ago.







The Tardis, my Netframe. I own one, and you don't. 13' ladder helpfully shown here for perspective, and because it's too fuking big to move around just for you assholes.








Two Acer Altos 500s. (Don't look at me. Acer is silly.) The bottom one is the LBP's XP Worms Armageddon station. The top one is going to be a FreeBSD dev webserver. Dual-cpu P2-400s, or something like that.








This is my Worms Armageddon station, and I think its name is niger at the moment. (At some point, I got away from my "Madmen of History" naming convention.) Win2k. It used to be my portable dev box and happy in-the-bed computing instrument, until I got Rasputin running. See below. Check out that wizardly spraypaint job I did on the monitor to the right! w000.








FUK! I gotta do the dishes. I dunno how it gets like this.

Yes I do. Cube came for the weekend. This is largely his fault. He's messy like a niger in a candy store.








A Mac Se/30. This poor bastard doesn't have a name. One day, it will be a NetBSD log host, or an aquarium, or something else equally pointless but kinda cool.








Sputnik, the MythTV box the LBP is building. It's almost done. Fedora Core 2. PVR-350, bitches.








Rasputin, my new portable dev machine. It's a P233, but I love ThinkPads, so fuk it. Slackware 10, and I'm giving Gnome yet another spin on it.








Finally, the router, Sharkface. Smoothwall router distribution. Very slick. Horribly overpowered at 233mHz. If you can believe it, this was my main desktop in its former life, running Win2k as MaoTseTung for like 5 years, until I built Napoleon above.

Also runs squid transparently to block ads, etc. To the left you can see the hub, and to the right, the cable modem.
