Are you sure it was your specific IP? Somebody in your range of IPs might have violated something or other, and got your whole block of address banned. That happens sometimes.

No, it was definitely your neighbor and he's going to do it again. I'm telling you, kill his entire family now or you'll end up having to deal with this shit every other day. If you don't show him that you're serious, he'll just keep fucking with you.

I had to do this once because I had ''one of those'' neighbors, so I know what I'm talking about. You're just going to have to trust me on this one.

Also, use a machete. It works sort of like an exclamation point for the message you need to send.

I don't see it ever recovering.
