Office BS sucks my ass!
So… I was having a casual conversation with a co-worker recently after Obama won Iowa… we both acknowledged our surprise as well as satisfaction with the Iowa results since it could mean people were able see beyond racial/ethnic lines and focus on the issues at hand. The next morning my boss called me into his office for a closed door chat about professionalism in the office and…oh by the way…it had reached his ears that I had been overheard to say the day before...Mexicans and blacks were ALL STOOPID!

I should add here that for the most part of my usual work day I am busy as hell; all up in work shit hardly raising my head up for a break to talk to people.
I was honestly thrown back by the allegation. I did admit I could on occasion be heard to claim Brittney spears was a total waste of skin.
However...
WTF?
Thankfully, it later came out that the individual who made the allegation may or may not have heard what he thought he heard…
OMFG!
Later in afternoon when I was outside smoking a butt a man walks up to me and said…You are way to beautiful to be smoking. I took a drag off my smoke and turned to him and said…. So…I guess a blow job is out of the question?
I might be a dirty ole whore but I am not a racist swine.

FWIW, here is a suggestion if you already haven't pursued it. This isn't retaliatory or any type of retribution, but setting a precedent so that the fuckcunt who did this to you doesn't repeat their stupid selves. Goto the boss that chewed your ass out and request that your accuser be made to apologize to you in his/her presence and request that the boss communicate to the entire company (email is fine) that this shit won't be tolerated. What has happened to you can be called major slander, and is rather important in this case, because it contains accusations that are not only a fireable offense but also are socially unacceptable. So, have your boss get the same hard-on over the false accusation, and if he doesn't then lawyers can intercede, because they love this kind of shit. Dead serious. In the end, you have done a service to everyone this accuser comes in contact with and sets a precedent that you won't take this fucking shit from fellow employees or your employer. Although venting on LS is good, dealing with your employer is much more productive in the long run.
Being a business owner, I would come down so hard on the accuser, because the whole false-witness thing is just not acceptable in our society (not on religious reasons mind you, but because of law).
