dude, depression is the shit. When I had my issues last year, my family was taking me to movies and letting me borrow money and wot wot. And the meds are tits too. I can get a lot more done when I'm not thinking about killing myself 23 hours a day. I also had high bp too which I managed to easily reduce by cutting out sodium a bit and walking more. But to hell with the advice, I'm sure you're getting more than you can handle right now (that's how those things go, people love giving advice). Anyway, whenever I'm feeling down, I just think about tasty.jpg. Trust me, it works.
