illbilly mashed taters

Wotak ingested these while visiting my neck of the woods,and suggested that I post the recipe.It's just mashed potatoes with some meep in them,but here goes.

Get yourself some red potatoes and wash them.DO NOT PEEL THEM!!




Slice them thin so it doesn't take forever for them to cook.



Once they are done,strain them and use a mixer to blend them into oblivion.While blending them,add ranch dressing and sour cream.A lot of times I add garlic powder.

Keep tasting that meep until it tastes good to you,I have no clue how much of any of it I use each time.For a whole bag,I think it's about a half bottle of ranch and the same for sour cream.

They will end up looking like this.




Not much to it,but definitely tasty.

Tasty! When I make 'em I do everything the same but instead of ranch and/or sour cream I add about half to one whole stick of real meeper and about half a cup of 2% milk.

Ill have to try your recipe.

I don't understand your nomenclature, shouldn't it be "illbelly mashed taters", or did they actually make your goat sick ?
