New Alpha: Bobacus

Here's the bit I paste to new Alphas...
The biggest change you're going to see is the link to the Alpha Queue on the front page. Here's the general breakdown for voting...
The Alpha Queue is meant to bring a little elitist democracy to the links. Ideally, you'll vote 75% how you feel, and 25% how you think the rest of the swarm will feel on a link. If you like it, +1. If you think it's not swarm-worthy, -1. If it's garbage (crappy pornspam, other spam, something broken), hit X to delete it. If you don't want to vote, but want to stop seeing it, choose ignore.
When enough Alphas agree on any one action, it goes through. Alphas can see rejected links on the front page, since there may be some value to these but they're generally not fit for the public front page. Deleted links are gone forever.

YVWM. My random act of kindness, if only you were a female living within 50 miles of my Zip Code you could return the favor. I've found this place to be closer to all-inclusive than more "wholesome" fare. It's good to be a Alpha.
