Anyone on LS have any experience with this high yield online savings accounts? I'm just wondering whether its worth to try it out.

Not directly, though the name comes up on those "Best savings accounts" lists and in Money magazine. I'd check out that kind of meep if you're looking for a high-yield account. (Which perhaps you've already done?)

I currently have an account with ING. The only critique I have is that you don't have immediate access to your money in the account. This is not necessarily a bad thing.

The interest rate has gone up about three times since I opened my account. The interest rate is higher than anything my regular bank can offer.

Yes. Been using ING for a while, now switched to EmigrantDirect because of higher rates (5.05 yearly). Smooth sailing/easy money/good interface/FDIC insured.
