We'll see. They still have to get through Indy and *Green Bay. I wouldn't be surprised to see them go far in the playoffs, but I'm still not sold on them going all the way.

there is no current QB that is a greater STUDENT of the game than manning. He's got an awesome recieving corps and a meeping rifle of an arm. The defense is stout too. But the chargers figured out that if the blitzed the meep out of him all day he would make mistakes. They are still the team to beat.
Though, let's not forget about Cincy.

It should be an interesting game, but I won't watch it.

I guess have nothing to add to this thread but I posted anyway.

In 1982, I started watching football when I moved to Everett, north of Seattle. Aside from the wild mushroom season, it was about the only thing to look forward to in winter. They've made it to playoffs ONCE since then. This year, I think they'll make it to Superbowl and lose.
They have such a talent for breaking like plastic meep during the last few games of the season. Last week, we broke 5 in the first quarter. Still, I'm there, ready to back them, curse them, cheer them, and feast on vennison chili while I watch.
Go SeaHawks!

Alright, the SeaHonkies are a gonna win the StooperBowell!
We're having a another pair of couples over, both of them are divided on who they're cheering for. One couple she's a Steeler fan, the other couple it's him.
Rosie's making her crab rangoon, I'm doing mini-kabobs (filet with bacon wrapped shrimp, crook-necked squash, black mushrooms, red onions, and anaheim chilis), Jewell's making her infamous devilled eggs (the demon is in the farts), her hubby is making lobster spring rolls, and G & K are bringing deer and beer.
We're putting two TVs upstairs, another one in the kitchen (we have one, but it's a small screen), and the little one in the bathroom.
We only invited people who will shut the meep up and watch the game. The downfall of most game parties that after the third beer, everyone starts talking and the best plays are missed. That will not happen this year. My Sea Honkies are playing. You shut up or you are shut out.
Everyone has their own bowl of herb and their own bong. I'm not playing host and missing anything. Load your own. I'm cleaning everything before arrivals. Same goes for drinks. Mugs are in the freezer, booze on the second shelf. I'm not the maid.
I can't wait....this will be better than camp!
