First Salon Trip

So all I've been hearing about since i've gotten here is, Your need to go to De Angeles in the Bronx and get yer hair did. So OK, as i'm reading the first few replies on shaving habits of men, i'm thinking to myself, Oh my gawd I just had the most magnificent experience and i haven't shared it with a soul!... So saturday morning we get up at 6am and prepare for the drive. we finally get out of here at 9 and arrive two hours later at the Salon. We walk in to wine flowing like water, food spread out all over the room, and these little mozzarella meep with oil and garlic and something else... amazing... but, we waited, because we were late... this place is where JLO should go I swear to god, this little girl so dark but with sky blue eyes when there's no clouds out had her hair all up in the biggest size curlers and was sucha good gurl for like fourty five minutes!!! wow... so.. .my hair was half frizz and half natural... and i still have hair below my shoulders except now i can shake it like a pantene commerical and i'm so excited about this and I will never ever go anywhere else... unless god forbid something happens to this this little woman who works magic. SHE GRABBED UP ALL THE HAIR ON THE TOP OF MY HEAD, TWISTED IT, AND CUT 5 INCHES!!! like nothing.... i was bawlin'! So my gurlies, tell me about ur first big gurl trip to the salon! I'm getting my eyebrows done next, i think. ;)

My hair is straight, thin, and boring. I always liked it that way, until a few months ago when I started using Spike. Now I take extra time to mess it up just right before going into the office.
